Incredible Company has developed a catalogue of more than 130 activities that help create more resilience in the business world and encourage transition. The co-operative offers times for employees to meet each other around activities to reconnect with nature, with oneself and with others. These activities can take place on the company premises or in an Incredible Oasis. The first is in the gardens of the Ciaco printing works (at the intersection of Louvain-la-Neuve, Axis Parc and Parc Einstein).
A place where you can connect with nature, cultivate a collaborative spirit, learn from others, inspire creativity, learn resilience, experience beautiful moments, recharge your batteries, evacuate stress.
From Monday to Friday, the Oasis offers a range of services such as :
– Company vegetable gardens all over Belgium
– Around sixty different team-building activities with free access (organic vegetable garden, barbecues, zero waste workshops, initiation to permaculture, yoga and cooking classes, creative workshops, meeting and coworking areas, …).
– A space where you can gather, meet, converse, exchange, relax… in a convivial atmosphere.
– A return to healthy food produced in short circuits
– Facilitators & trainers present every lunchtime
The typical customer is a company that offers its employees access to the Oasis (15 EUR/month/employee) as a service for their well-being, their fulfilment at work and their involvement in tomorrow’s world. Employee members are then free to enjoy this space and all the activities it offers free of charge.
